Length is measured from top of the 3" rod-pocket and does not include the 1" ruffled crown. Width is measured after smocking and reflects width for hanging. Cotton.	This is easy elegance that's simple to install. This drapery panel of super-soft, lightweight velvet makes a big difference in any room, adding a touch of luxe in no time at all.
